Surely you are not trying to imply anyone like Blackrock will be involved with ERHC. HDY had tons of cash, was listed on AMEX when Blackrock stepped in. ERHC, not.

Regarding continuing toxic debt, the issuing had to stop because there were not enough shares available to support new notes. Now after a 1:100 r/s, armed with 2.7 billion shares to issue, that problem will be eliminated.
