I agree with you. When i made my investment, it was based on the company and the product. The divy was not on my mind as it was non existent, and Actsoft was not a thought at that point.

It fell through because things happen, they wanted more than we would give. It appears they need us (actsoft) more than we need them or Mitchel would NOT have been at the CC.

I do not understan what EVSI will be doing but frankly, I don't knos that I care...it might be a bonus...either way its just gravy...not my investment.

I will be holding ALL my shares and riding this out!
