Name me one 'investor friendly management' is there even such thing?

I have invested many companies both unlisted and listed ones...and never seen such thing as investor friendly management. I am not even sure what you mean by that? You refer to stock performance...ans this indeed is an interesting topic because some companies have pretty tough agreements with certain institutions that keep the price steady no matter what. But this is actually illegal as well...at least according to SEC.

Stock performance and management ability are two completely different things. Now we are talking about biotechs after all...
