routine" vote ( ...to enable brokers to vote yes for shareholders who do not submit instructions).



I posted the reply I got from Interactive Brokers about this issue... They just do NOTHING when they get no instruction from the client on the issue.
So it is easy to imagine that this is the common procedure for ANY relevant broker in the country.

Therefore if I dont vote, the "NO" is already there... so I dont see the "insidous" part anywhere.
Let's stick to facts please otherwise this board becomes a nightmare with wild guesses
