I believe what's happening is Amazon and HPB are working out the inventory system and Amazon needed to verify the quantities BEFORE it sold out. The system was trying to get established, but it was selling too fast and I think they might have halted it because they're responsible for fulfillment and needed to make sure all 500 cases were scanned and checked.

No 2nd production run as of yet, but I can assume that it is coming.
