lowcien, we were mislead in a big way though.
1. on a television interview it was mentioned there were port deals and there are not.
2. on their website there is mention of Barry Bennett on the management team which is not true.
3. They stated there was a merger with Actsoft and that is not true.
4. They have twice changed the record date of the dividend which at the last minute was cancelled.
5. They said that they were transferring HISC assets to a BB shell company which is not true.
6. They said that they wanted to uplist when in fact...

I think that there should be some accountability for all this!! If is can be shown that they were selling their shares after the various misrepresentations then there is certainly reason for legal action.
