Spuds, I agree with that. I kind of left that out on purpose. =/

But unless I am not understanding what I have read in the past, the $2m still needs to come to OWOO. This will only happen after the $5m funding round by Tonner. In which case it is up to Tonner to then fund OWOO the $2m. That is the current "agreement" that can be stopped for any reason with a 30 day notice.

With that said, any PR about this funding shouldn't move PPS until:

1) Tonner gets his $5m
2) Tonner gives the $2m to OWOO

For all we know, that PR is just to get people from OWOO to invest in Tonner. This way his funding comes up and looks more attractive to others looking to buy him out since the Mattel offer wasn't big enough.

At the end of the day, the facts sell the longs and the hype makes flippers quick cash. I like OWOO for what they want to do and I think it can be a social game changer in the doll/toy market. Changing public opinion takes time and while I was growing up, there have always been talks of why there aren't different toys geared towards other groups of people that is from the US. You have other markets with their products but they are geared to their market that trickle in like anime/manga/hello kitty/sanrio, etc. This type of doll will speak to a lot of 1st/2nd and 3rd generation children.

Of course, this is all just my opinion. I'm in it for the long.
