got to sit in da booth yesterday care about if ISBG says they own the 75% of the brand when the label says it's a product of Besado Tequila LLC Houston, TX.

Or if they are just interested in shares at the right price with da registration?

If they don't do their homework they'll likely wind up like previous lenders that now have no clue what to do to get their money back except.......HOPE.

Are they sure an audit can be completed? Or is it done and we just ain't seen it....yet?

Oh, and didn't the LLC get registered in La last September just prior to the settlement?
