It would not surprise me if Jaime no longer has a majority position in the company, assuming he sold into the feeding frenzy a couple weeks ago. Management does exist but apparently uber quiet to a few investor (budman never returned an email I sent asking a few questions)

Lack of any public movement on this stock kinda gave it away something wasn't right. Business license is kaput, TA has out of date information and a lot of things not making sense.
