maybe, maybe not. The rule some traders follow is 'buy on the rumor, sell on the news', so some buying today may not even wait for the news before they sell-- they figure a near 100% chance of 10-20% gain 4 or 5 times a year is a lot better than other approaches. Others will agree with you and decide to buy now to wait for the full effect of excitement/hope over the next month which covers 2 quarters, so all in all THIS should be the time right now that short term traders should be buying enough to push the price up. We'll see if that happens, or not. However, since I've just revealed what is going to happen, it probably won't. :)
