Yes, they occupied the office. Peter Villiotis probably expected them to pay the rent and get the lease amended. Unfortunately, it appears that DeadbeatS r US just used the offices for MONTHS and then SKIPPED OUT, leaving poor Mr. Villiotis holding the bag as the DEADBEATS changed the lease.
