How can a $300.00 sale (of 1 milly shares), drop DSCR's pps from .0003 to no bid (.0001), with a float of 2.1 Billion shares?

About the only legal way is for the float to be just about locked. Am I right? We have a snowballs chance in Hell of that being accurate, right?

How can something as blatant as this happen? And (then) to get by with it? Which will obviously happen ... Any thoughts?
