As has been repeated here by the scammers numerous times, things are in the works to "spin off" the company's liabilities to some debt absorbing entity that will clean up the SUTI balance sheet.

I very much look forward to seeing how that is done as I have run up all my credit card balances with the expectation that I can take a similar course of action.
