Kind of difficult to do when when you are continuously running around like a bat out of hell putting out fires being lit by THE HALLIN GROUP using all of your cash resources.

Someone post a link to any court case in the history of current law in the US of a company that has been sued 13 times and each time failed. Then spoon feed the SEC attorney with Mount Bullshit, the same as used in previous cases and lost.

I don't see this as so much a Treaty issue, but more like an abuse of the court system by a group of disgruntled individuals hell bent on putting Treaty out of business.
