New acquisition I had heard did $67 Million last year, rumor has it!! Chance stating "Because of the size of the transaction, which is much larger than NES as the Company stands today" kind of confirms this!

Even with a downturn in business this year, NESV could be producing $50-$70 million per annum. No wonder they have been talking about up listing, this would definitely put them in new territory and Big Board Bound!!
