If they named PV Enterprises (PVEC) in the suit, it's the same as naming DudS r US as DSUS I just PVEC with the name changed.
If John Smith changes his name to John Jones, he still owes the debts he incurred as John Smith. DudS r US name change from PV Enterprises has not changed the debt. If Villiotis cannot pay, DSUS will have to.
