Like I said, seek a Declaratory Judgment as to the 8K filing if you are confused. But that 8K filing clearly appears to be a partnership hybrid. The definition you provide is a generic one. In Corporate Law, there are several hybrids of a partnership. Accordingly, your conclusion is fundamentally flawed and misguided as it does not consider said hybrids of a partnership.
