Actually, the share price has been going up and down.

Dropping like a rock implies straight down. The share price has down then back up, then down again...and so on.

It's a tug of war between the people who fear reverse splits...and the people who understand what the R/S is ultimately for and that it benefits ERHC and its shareholders...as it did HDY when BlackRock came in to invest.
