Pretty sure the fact it didn't hit .003 last week even on news is why volume is low. The SS worries a lot of people in the fact that there are so many dang shares in the market. It's hard to move a stock with such a large OS in time this will move. But I don't see a buyback soon due to releasing product recently. They new rev before buyback taking place
