Does that DD include an answer to why they got EVICTED from their Corporate Headquarters in Ft Lauderdale? Why could they not pay the rent?

Since they couldn't scrape together a few thousand to pay the rent, how are they ever going to come up with the $4 MILLION to redeem the Series C Preferred shares?

Those shares are eligible for redemption NOW and the redemption period expires SOON. If the company continues to drag their feet and stall, I expect we'll be hearing about lawsuits being filed against the company.

Those are just a couple of questions that should have been answered a long time ago. Investors aren't going to be very enthusiastic with questions like that hanging over the company.
