Joel has done ZERO for shareholders. Why hide this?

When do you feel it's appropriate to openly speak out about a CEO who has tanked the PPS for the past few months? Would you prefer be outspoken after the RS?

The company is NOT a scam. The company is Generating Revenue $$$

BUT SHAREHOLDERS are NOT sharing any part of the companies success.

Joel's incompetence in running a publicly traded company after +30 years of securities law experience is embarrassing.

I am not the only one who shares this sentiment. But I am the voice for many.
