Yeah i'm holding strictly for completion of the Warren deal. Hoping we get an update soon as the deal should have been done on Thursday.

Both parties have 4 business days to file a 8-k once a material event happens, so technically they could have completed everything late on Thursday and they don't have to tell us until late Tuesday/Wednesday morning
