HE is completely correct and the timing of the reverse split works just the opposite of what you have written. The OS is maxed out. They have no money to buy back the shares to reduce the OS. Trading Preferred shares to return Commons to the treasury was a farce. Something to keep investors hanging on until they reverse split. Vanis has known all along that without a RS AND THE BURN RATE so high it had to happen. If this reverse split doesn't happen, regardless what the reason (BS) the company gave us, this company will FAIL. Don't try to justify the company reasons when they are just BS. Sure, they may possibly have something happening, but the RS HAS to happen for the company to even make it another 6 months. I don't need to post anything further on this...... Read the filings and see that both AVANZAR AND MINERCO are operating at a loss.

I've tried them all several times. They are basically undrinkable. I can't even finish them if I don't drink them with food. I have to throw out the bottles half full. They don't hold a candle to the taste of Vitamin Fizz. I'm sipping a Fizz right now and it's simply amazing. It tastes like real fruit juice while the other brands taste artificial. My point is the difference in tastes is substantial. It may take a while but you need to have faith that this difference will lead to Vitamin Fizz's longterm success."

Apparently millions of other Consumers do not share your same taste. These other products are not on the shelves and selling because they taste like crap. After reading so many of the posts on here how bad these other products are, I had to make my own opinion. So I ordered them on AMAZON and definitely do not believe a word you OR anyone else have written about how terrible the other products taste. The VITAMINFIZZ tastes a whole lot better when you are an investor, LOL.
The Vitamin water category is crowded and growing more and more each day. I do agree that Vitaminfizz has a chance with enough funding and advertising. I don't believe as someone else had posted that Minerco will be a "TOP 4 COMPANY IN THE UNITED STATES “

Our percentage of income off of Vitaminfizz is not enough in my opinion. The other owners are doing well with absolutely no legwork involved. Sure we can buy a bigger percentage of Vitaminfizz upon reaching certain milestones, BUT HAVE YOU SEE THE COST??? DAMN! MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS! With the percentage that we make off of Vitaminfizz and our other non-profitable company, we will never own VITAMINFIZZ outright.
It will take some sort of miracle for Vitaminfizz to be our Money Maker. Maybe, if Vanis isn't blowing smoke up our forth point of contact, and a "work horse" product ACTUALLY materializes, this company MAY have a chance.
