Dock, I have been reading your posts for several years now, and must compliment you for the broad range of relevant subjects you present to us over time.
This article is a case in point. One sentence stuck out to me:
"work must begin by April 2016 so the project can be in commercial operation by December 31, 2016."
Think of it! a utility-scale power plant with storage(!) going from a bare lot to operating, in EIGHT MONTHS! WoW! that is QUICK!
This is the aspect of the solar revolution I keep telling all my buddies about. When today's robot factories start popping out these types of systems en masse, the world will embrace the change.
When it happens, it's going to be fast.
