Although both of us agree that Rec MJ is an inevitable thing, it's not guaranteed in 2016. Everyone thought 2012 was a shoe-in. We can hope - but you cannot bet on these things in the OTC.

If you want to play speculation, I suggest blue chip stocks with options. Options will give you great payouts based on speculation.
