A more realistic way to look at it is to ask:

"Say the share price for NHMD", once it is adjusted for the dividend, is $.015, and an investor owns 100,000 shares, then why has Wade and Nate made it so that if an investor wants to sell the other 1/2 of the value of the shares, they can't do so until October 2016?

If NHMD is still trading in October 2016, an investor can trade the Series E shares in for the common shares value that they had a year before. Why not just leave investors and their shares alone instead of restricting the ability of investors to derive the full value of their shares now. It is the most asinine exploitation by Nate and Wade.
