I'm confused as to how you can justify "some officers bought and sold shares"

It's not a matter of buying and selling. The point is that when the stock was at an all time low, their remedy to keep the PPS up was to tweet and Facebook that their officers would be "continuing to buy our stock because we know it's a winner!!" - not once, but TWICE. They tweeted this TWICE to convince people to continue buying shares. But when it comes down to it, nahass added a percent to his holdings. Who cares when all the shares prior were FREE?! So he spent a few thousand dollars and has a few million worth of stock - THAT is worth touting on Twitter twice?! No, that's a way to convince people to buy worthless stock. If you can't see through that, I feel very sorry for you. A real company that truly believed in themselves wouldn't need to do such silliness.
