Jaymark - I don't understand why you would suggest
that a representative body like PRCI would get involved
in anything other than the administration of the industry
as a whole - and protecting its well being

ie They would not trumpet AOT successes from the rooftops
- but the significance surely is in its fully publicised involvement in AOT/QS and which has not hindered AOT's progress,
a hindrance which would be as effective when communicated
privately/silently or via a PR - : NEITHER of which has happened.

At every step, it seems to me, there is a tightrope to be
walked - each individual client wanting a secrecy that involves
the industry as a whole - and also involving all the official bodies who have facilitated that involvement.

In all of that amorphous involvement, Peter Whelan was the only name to be singled out - and as Zerosnoop says, doubters should speak to him and ask him some sensible questions..

yes Shi468 - have you called him up?

We all know the questions you want answered - because we would all
want the same information wouldn't we ?

And perhaps you can provide an answer to the query : why would the
CEO not tell you/us anything if he was allowed to do so ? Malice ?
a preference for torture or for a low share price ? what schemes does he have up his sleeve ? Really ?

I ask you again : please put into YOUR words (and yes with LOL):
give us the UPDATE that YOU would write - let's say there had been
unforeseen delays/ complications in some tests..

YOUR words which show a) your familiarity with the NDA culture and your respect for it b) your sensitivity to how the Market Makers and others would respond to the Update and c) your anticipation of
any future questions which would be implicit..

Understand ? Once you start on Updates, can you stop ?
As it stands, only MATERIAL events are allowed

I ask again : have you actually read an NDA ?
