Folks, we been had big time. This has all been smoke and mirrors. I would not be surprised to find out the ActSoft"deal" was a ploy from the get go. For sure, they have a lot of explainning to do for manipulated stockholders here. Big Apple included. This warrents an SEC investigation at the very least, and maybe a class action. Its one thing to bet and lose, but quite another to be completely and totally misled for close to one year. Why not at least uplist HISC with the shell? Because they'll use the shell to continue the deception. Amazing how incidental they treated the ActSoft deal not happening. Almost like an after thought. This is completely and totally wrong and for sure there is lawful violations occuring here. How much treasury stock did they sell into all the PR's? Spence, in addition to an apology to the board, you owe one to every basher, as they were the only one's who had a handle on this POS. Jersey, I'm afraid your sources took you for a major ride.
