In checking into your evaluation of the new SCRC auditors(KMJ Corbin), I found only one sanction in 42 years of business. That appears to me to be an outstanding record

Spoken like a true CORE octogenarian, right up there with...

"I'm considering hiring this nanny to care for my kids, and I found that he had only been convicted for child molestation one time; this appears to me to be an outstanding record. Please come watch my kids."

"Your honor, my client has only been incarcerated once before for murdering someone; that appears to me to be an outstanding record. Please release him back into society."

"Hitler is officially noted in the annals of history as having committed genocide only one time; that appears to me to be an outstanding record. Please build a memorial in his honor."

99% of licensed CPA's go thru their entire careers without ever getting sanctioned by the SEC or doing anything that would be egregious enough to result in their license getting stripped (which would be the equivalent of a death sentence). In the public accounting world, reputation is of paramount importance. The recent nature of KMJ Corbin's unethical and fraudulent behavior very much stains not only them but also any company that retains them to sign off on financial statements.

So is it also "outstanding" that KMJ Corbin has no license to practice public accounting and sign off on public company financial statements in the state of VA, where SCRC is domiciled... ...and is it "outstanding" that no licensed firm in the state of VA is apparently willing to engage SCRC?

I really do love CORE logic, but JOEY Z really does need to recall his JV squad as they are an absolute embarrassment...
