Here we have unreasonable expense and waiting on 3rd party information. No one is going to prepare your companies financial statements for free. It seems to me that someone could have made the effort to provide the 3rd party details by now. So that says that it is more likely an expense issue preventing the 3rd party from releasing the additional information.

If someone was maliciously withholding something to prevent MMMW from filing with the SEC that would likely be illegal. So it leads me to suspect its a financial issue as a result of MMMW being broke.


As far as shares go. I don't know how to make this any clearer.

And again to reiterate my point, I am not suggesting anyone make any financial moves based on what I have posted. For all anyone knows MMMW could announce a JV Monday and take off. I'm just showing my due diligence and explaining the current state of financial affairs at the company. It's hard to build STS systems with $600 capital. Call Ricker himself and see what he says. Call the Transfer agent above and confirm it for yourself. Check the website and facebook, the MMMW office is gone and so is the money.
