What? I can't follow you, you're claiming they're liquidating them, and I'm saying they should have product on an empty shelf.

Also. Those racks, aren't bad or liquidation racks. They can be used as impulse buys for kids. Companies do it all the time, haven't you ever been to Walmart where they put an item on sale and it's like 2 cents cheaper?
