Amazon sales started with 500 in stock. It looks like it became available at 12:01a.m. EST Friday morning. So they've sold about 375 cases in about 38 hours. I expect the pace will level off over the rest of the weekend, and if it isn't already sold out by the early hours of Monday morning, the few remaining cases will be strategically bought up before opening bell.

The rest of the 5,000 case initial test run, less those sent to sponsored athletes and kept for promotional purposes is reputedly on its way to regional Amazon distribution centers. When they get there the orders will start getting fulfilled as shipped by Amazon. The number off cases Amazon has available in stock will likely become apparent at that point.
