It is possible that the company will want to increase authorized shares to 300 million and not 135 million. Contract financing can grow a company but as a public company, the issuance of shares can make the company grow faster. Private companies are successful despite the limitation of not being able to issue free trading shares.

One interesting note is supply and demand for shares not subject to any company dilution could have interesting short term upside potential especially if the public trading shell with virtually no debt is valued higher than the current stock price.
