How pathetic is it that after 3 years of not having a shareholder meeting and 3 1/2 years of not being allowed to vote for directors that they now have a "special" , meeting with no vote on anything other than to screw shareholders. These guys are obviously scared to death that a director vote would result in them being voted out. There should be a vote and they should be voted out.
