The Pre Schedule 14A filed yesterday for the RS also says other matters can be brought up at the shareholder meeting. We should prepare a list of issues and submit them for consideration. One issue everyone has been bringing up is:

1. Re-election of the BOD

Please serious issues only. Issues like fire PN and SO are not serious and are not going to be considered.
