What says they actually did hire an accountant, or that there is even anything to account for?

The announcement of a new auditor was not simply via PR, but instead via an 8-K filing with the SEC, linked here:

I don't think they would have filed the 8-K if they didn't actually engage KMJ Corbin.

That being said, as much as I feel that there is better than a 50/50 probability that all the delinquent 10K and 10Q's will eventually get filed, I believe the biggest concern is what the restated numbers will be.

In addition, as KMJ Corbin does not have an active license to sign independent auditor reports in the state of VA, I am concerned with what loopholes and backdoor 3rd party arrangements KMJ made to get this assignement -- lots of red flags, IMO, that SCRC went "opinion shopping" and that this is how KMJ ended up getting the gig...
