Why does the house that is supposed to be a hemp farm in Colorado show up in the Nevada SOS filings if Cortez bought it as an individual?

He did not buy it. AZFL shareholders equity bought it.

AZFL has zero worth. It is all an insiders enrichment scam.

In the information box on this page you will find the Nevada SOS filing that clearly states this property is not registered to Amazonas Florestal, when the option to register it in that manner is clearly right there on the form, and it cannot be both Cortez and AZFL both.

Buyer beware, it is worthless.
