He said the contract may be ready today or tomorrow but the news is still not expected until a week from tomorrow from the original quote of 12-14 days. I can't figure out who has such a week stomach that they are willing to give up their shares at these prices. With the biggest contract this company has ever received expected so soon it just doesn’t make sense from a risk reward stand point.
