Yes I still have all my shares. I did talk with Jay a week ago and still waiting on the CPA firm to finish the audit. These audits take a long time unless you have $50K to drop in their lap then they are more then willing to get it done faster.
I wish that the audit and been completed before the RS but that did not happen. Hopefully the audit will be done soon. When it is finished the uplist will happen and then the 10 million in financing will kick in and we will be in really good shape.
