We acquired the assets of another company and control that intellectual property. It is speculated that the timing of the buy means we get to report their income on our earnings.

3 Year GLOBAL contract for Smoke Cloak deployment

5 Year EXCLUSIVE contract with Patronus systems for marking cash in transit and cash ATM cartridges.
