All the "Trademark" represents is, "a symbol, word, or words legally registered or established by use as representing a company or product." It only costs a couple of hundred dollars to register one with the USPTO. Now, no one can use the word "ProDropper" to describe their UAS electromagnetic cargo hold/release mechanism but I sincerely doubt ANYONE would want to anyway.
The trademark is merely meaningless hype from the company.
