Individuals can't buy shares in non-public companies.
And comparing GDET to Facebook or Uber is laughable. Those insiders made money because of a successful business and they made money for their shareholders.
GDET has diluted so massively, mostly to themselves, that even with success, shareholders will end up losing.
But the reality is that if they had a good business model, the wouldn't have to issue a billion shares to themselves.

Competing is intense among humans, and within a group, selfish individuals always win. But in contests between groups, groups of altruists always beat groups of selfish individuals.
