I believe the SS is much better then people believe..last financing deal was underlying warrants.. with and exercise pp of 0.99 /share IF exercised till july 2020...

it's like an option to purchase but not an obligation..great long term finiancing..since they were delling the "rights" to buy..so they got $$ for air... if the pps will not got way above the 0.99+0.15/warrants those shares won't be dilluted into the OS


it would only make sense to exercise if the pps jumps to 2/3/4 or more... :))

so the management is strongly supporting the 0.99 /share as a minimum..minimum valuation...
