The selling isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be with no news. People are still holding waiting for confirmation on whether or not the deal is done.

To be honest, i'm okay with the deal being done or not being done. The only reason I will sell is if they acquired WRES's assets by means of taking out a big loan or increasing the O/S and diluting the stock to raise funds.

A private sale of restricted stock to a wealthy private party or being acquired/merged by someone big would be the best case scenario in my opinion.
