This is true so far. Being late with financials the last 2 quarters isn't awesome but not a big deal really. The real test is will he come through with the promises of changing the ticker name and becoming fully reporting. The later of which is always a giant catalyst for volume on pennies as it possibly indicates a desire to move up to the otcbq and to sustain more long term investors and a higher, steadier pps that is required to be trade on those boards.
