You posted as I was posting. I thought there was an agreement with Bio Resource. Will they supply all the biomass needed? Or just some of it? From what Bionitrogen, themselves, have said in meetings, biomass is cost effective when the biomass is obtained locally or at least within 50 miles. At one meeting, they talked like they had an agreement with a company out of Tallahassee but wouldn't give the name of the company. You do realize Bio Resource is over 90 miles from here, right? Most of the land in Taylor County, and much of it in the surrounding counties as well, is owned by Foley Lands (the same company Bionitrogen bought the property from) and they sell the trees and waste to the paper mill. Bionitrogen and the new company will be paying much more for biomass when you add on the shipping costs.
