What YOU don't understand is that CEN Biotec is nott FITX. It is at best a partially owned subsidiary ("Bill" owns some shares personally). And CEN is the party on the boolsheet NAFTA claim - it DOES NOT MATTER WHERE THE PARENT COMPANY IS DOMICILED!!!!

CEN is a Canadian company. It has no claims under NAFTA as (1) it is a Canadian corporation, (2) it purports to do business in MMJ which is nott importable into the USA or Mexico and thus is nott in the stream if NAFTA commerce nor can it legally be, and (3) it involves a Canadian government agency that has sole discretion over regulating drugs and MMJ manufacturing in Canada.

NAFTA has zero relevance to the HC decision to nott license CEN (a Canadian company and the party on the legal caption) for activities which are relevant solely within Canada.

It's pure Billshit.
