With regards to the PO Box:

At one point, my startup had reached $1M in revenue. As I was running a very tight ship, I changed my corporate address to a PO Box too. I didn't want people coming to my facility unless they were invited. It worked. I see the PO Box issue as a security move and suspect the BOD sees it that way too. I have since sold my start up and am happily working for someone else. Much easier lifestyle, if you ask me.

Finally, I am reminded of two gentlemen that started small concern in Palo Alto a number of years ago. They had some interesting ideas about technology and they started putting together electronic tools in Dave's garage. they worked hard. had a PO box for a corporate address and spent years focussing their attention on their growing market. Eventually, when sales dictated, they moved out of their garage and into their first office space. That company grew as they new market segment took off. I am not saying the DSUS is the next Hewlett Packard, but, you can't discount a company for simply having PO box as an address and running some or all of the operation out of your garage. And image if drones become as big of a market as computers are today. Right place, right time. That is what founding investors in Dave and Bill's little company would say to you today.

So, do you believe you are at the right place right time for drones? Then invest. If not move on. There might still be money to be made in the cannabis market space.

JMHO.
