Yes, and those 4M are fails-to-deliver cases...others are invisidle cleared cases/settled transactions... Funds are quite nice fellows aren't they;O) They just know everything about stock manipulation.

I say we may be talking about 12x 4M = even 48M+ shorted stocks

Naked shorting stays invisible from SEC because are all what SEC keeps track.
